The management team at Premier Alaska Inc. has extensive experience in all aspects of civil construction. Roland Kennerson and Premier Alaska, Inc. have completed projects ranging from some of the largest schools and federal facilities throughout the United States and Alaska to private site preparation, roads and subdivisions. These projects encompass all phases of civil site construction. A partial list of Premier’s scope include: site preparation, underground utilities (water, sewer, gas lines, storm drains), and finish grading, sidewalks, curb, gutter, mechanical trenching, roads and parking lots.
